Based on the dialectical and psycho-pedagogical differences found, the research question was formulated: What are the psycho-pedagogical foundations of the elaboration of the electronic manual? A first attempt to solve this problem was made by A. Cerneeva in 2008. In the paper, the role of the trajectories in the individualized learning, achieved through the ME, was achieved. However, the procedural side of learning is described as being characterized by: motivation (cognitive interest and the needs of educators); the specific of the didactic activity (the ability to estimate the purpose, to determine the methods of achieving the goal, to control the progress etc.); the specificity of the cognitive functions and the characteristics of the students (the durability of the attention, the development of the memory, the structure and the particularities of the cognitive operations, the coefficient of cognitive development) and the level of training (the initial level of the knowledge and skills formed in the field).
