Description:
The issue of divorce in the Jewish tradition has not particularly attracted the attention of researchers to date. That is why we do not have a variety of sources dealing with the dissolution of marriage to Jews, and almost everything that has been written so far bears the signature of authors of Jewish origin. If you intend to do a research on this subject in Romania, you will have the unpleasant surprise of not finding too much information, not being able to talk about books translated into Romanian or Romanian authors who write on this topic. The dissolution of marriage is a matter of tradition, culture and reflects the mentality of the Jewish people who evolved and underwent some transformations in the context of interaction with other civilizations and which in turn influenced the peoples with whom he came in contact. I have chosen to deal with this subject because it brings into question the fragile condition of the Jewish woman throughout history and her inability to decide for her own fate in the current existence of such reminiscences.
