Since ecclesiastical rules occasionally call for specific modifications and interpretations, the effort to examine a variety of the mandate contract—specifically, the religious mandate—is all the more beneficial. According to this viewpoint, the current work seeks to serve as a reference for comprehension and assistance in the event that legislation pertaining to religious laws regarding the Church's mandate is passed. Naturally, a thorough understanding of this juridico-religious institution of the religious mandate necessitates familiarity with civil law, ecclesiastical legislation, Roman law, and the Bible. So, in the situation of the religious mandate contract, who is working and for whom?References
