Psycho-Physical Performance and Stress in the Sports Group
Keywords:
sports group, performance, psycho-physical training, stress.Abstract
In a world dominated by incredible, tumultuous and relentless conquests in all areas of life, where man’s friend and trustworthy aid has become the computer, an increasingly smaller segment of the population can be proud of belonging to what is called a ʺsports groupʺ, a community that tries to propagate, enhance and showcase outstanding values of psycho-physical training with trends toward sports movement. Even in this ideal of coexistence, a ruthless enemy infiltrates insidiously, diminishing - sometimes to destruction, the Olympic ideal of a healthy mind in a healthy body. This unseen enemy has been given the name stress. Hence, there is the main demarche of our work: detecting and counteracting stress in the sports group by means of psycho-physical training.References
