Tutoring Class in the Context of Student Class Management

This paper is a presentation of the pedagogical structure, of the principles underlying the forms of organization, methodology and means of conducting the tutoring class as an educational activity - value-oriented, predominantly, in the direction of moral and professional / vocational training / development of students - designed in the context of the school curriculum. At the same time, the content of the paper describes relevant aspects regarding the efficient organization of this educational activity from the perspective of the student as a beneficiary of the tutoring classes but also from the perspective of the teacher-tutor, as organizer.
