WELCOME 22 Congress will take place in Iasi, Romania and online worldwide, between 22nd and 26th of November, 2022. This edition of LUMEN International Scientific Conference will take place as an hybrid event, with onsite and online attendance on the event.

We are confident that the pandemic effects will soften and we will be able to meet each other face to face.

Full Paper Publication | Following the days of the Congress, the results and ideas are published, upon peer-review, in dedicated issues of LUMEN Open Access Journals - the scientific partner in publication of the WELCOME 22 Congress:

- Web of Sciences indexed Journal (Revista Romaneasca pentru Educatie Multidimensionala),
or in
- other International Databases indexed Journals (Logos Universality Mentality Education Novelty: Economics & Administrative Sciences; Logos Universality Mentality Education Novelty: Social Sciences; Moldavian Journal for Education and Social Psychology).

All journals are published online, open-access, all papers being identified with DOI (indexed in Crossref).

Call for Mini-Sessions |

WELCOME 22 Congress invites scholars to propose their speech on a education dedicated topic by their choice in accordance with the Congress Aims & Topics, as presented in Mini-Sessions.

A WELCOME 22 Mini-Session aims at summing up specific short speeches – such as research partial results, short opinion speech, reviews.

Register to the WELCOME 22 Congress with at least 1 abstract and post abstract evaluation you will be invited to send us the video recording of your short speech. Any professional from the education fields could submit their 5 minutes speech in a video recording format (wma. or mp4.) Make sure the recording will be made in an accurate manner, high quality sound and image.

Even if it different than a classic abstract registration, we still need your English language abstract in order to introduce it in the working papers volume of the Congress. The speeches will be scheduled in Mini- Sessions special room during the Congress, in accordance with the topics shortly approached by the proponents.

This event was initiated out of the desire to identify new directions to improve the training and education of teachers in the pre-university environment, the responsibilities and decision makers of certain levels of the educational system.

If you are really passionate by science, and together with your teachers from Sciences classes (Astronomy, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Ecology, Geography, Geology, Linguistics and so on) you work at specific experiments you want to share to the whole world, then you are in the right place!

We support the new knowledge dissemination by providing room in the congress for exposing the experiments with innovative pedagogical approaches within flexible learning environments.

Teachers and students are invited to propose workshops where to expose their experiments and results: mini inventions and experiments within high-schools or colleges.

Call for Education Symposia |

WELCOME 22 Congress invites scholars to propose their symposium on a education dedicated topic by their choice in accordance with the Congress Aims & Topics.

As a Symposium proponents, scholars should consider the following defining elements:

The symposium is respecting a panel format and it should focus on a narrow specific topic (chose your topic from Aims & Topics).
A symposium could be formed from up to 3 speakers on the same topic, the timing and order of speakers being established by the symposium organizers.

Each of the Symposium presenters is usually expert in its field; papers are submitted as a collective, under a common submission theme.

We encourage the papers to be presented in a panel discussion format, which helps elicit recommendations from the other speakers, or the audience, on the issues at hand. It’s recommended that the panelists, including the discussant, be spread across institutions, with a good gender mix.

Research papers for a symposium are usually submitted as a group (panel). These submissions are peer-reviewed together, and accepted or rejected based on their collective merit.

Teachers, Researchers, Educational Institutions are invited to submit symposia proposals – educational topics. In order to propose a symposium to be associated to WELCOME22 Congress, we invite you to send us, after you check the Aims & Topics dedicated page:
