Based on the study undertaken, it is emphasized the idea that in the new conditions, the politics, compartment in which the Romanian people develop for a long time in different political entities, was called to act as an initiative, pressure factor, in order to consolidate the political unity, by unifying the legislation , with the approximation of the realities of all fields, not as a mechanical, uniformizing, hasty or sudden fusion, but by a natural, evolutionary one. This unification was also meant to contribute to the elimination of regional institutional administrative features and to become a strong lever, meant to boost the imperative process of economic recovery and development of the country, of modernizing the economic, political and cultural structures of the whole Romania. The paper sheds light on the analysis of the political institutions of these first years after the Great Union and the variety of positions on institutional unification, especially in Parliament, itself an exponent of the Union, and in publicity, with the practice of maintaining for a relatively short time specific legislations only to regions that interfered with the tacit or express extension of laws from old Romania to the new provinces united with the mother country.
