LAW BOOK SERIES
DESCRIPTION:
THE LAW BOOK SERIES aims to publish legal books from the traditional fields of law, but also to promote new branches of law, in development. The collection focuses not only on university courses and treaties, but also on the promotion of niche topics, more difficult to tackle in the legal sciences, which promote scientific research and aim at modernizing the legal sciences in general.
We believe that law is not limited to commenting on law and jurisprudence, on synthesis of doctrine and theories, which are the subject of many of the classic legal books, but a Law Book Series must promote the science of law and law from the perspective of the continuous adaptation to the everyday, new life. Law is not an out-of-life science, but a science of all aspects of life and which encompasses these, so LUMEN Scientific Publishing House aims to actively promote and support transdisciplinary, interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary research, which correlates the science of law with other sciences, but also with the trends of today’s postmodern society, in an era of globalization, dynamic through its essence.
The Law Book Series publishes scientific literature in the fields indicated above, in accordance with the Editorial Rules of LUMEN Scientific Publishing House .
