In accordance with the issue, in the treatment entitled “The financial decision on the company’s investments under the impact of budgetary policies” we start from outlining the conceptual support related to it, respectively the specificity of the investment decision-making process, with its financial side and factors involved in decision making. setting theoretical / doctrinal benchmarks, indispensable for the scientific approach, understanding and correct interpretation of the interconditioning relationships involved, including in terms of investment efficiency criteria. We deepen, in the context, the connections of the investment process with the content of the fiscal-budgetary policies, which can exert, either an action of stimulation or one of inhibition of investments. From this perspective, in the paper we develop an analysis on the premises and implications arising from the design and implementation of budgetary policy, on revenue or resources and expenditures, which materializes a scientific investigation in a segment of resonance and interaction of public and private finances , with multiple theoretical and practical connotations.
