Description:

The paper analyzes the phenomenon of external migration from Europe to the 27 Member States, starting from the principle of free movement and the establishment of European citizens. The latest enlargement of the European Union has created millions of new European citizens, and the European labor market has been challenged. This study comes after 2006, the year in which the European Year of Labor Mobility was declared. Probably one of the greatest benefits for the citizens of the Member States is the right to work freely in the European Union, it is a unique professional and personal opportunity. This paper is an attempt to debate and evaluate the problems and challenges recently created on the European labor market, directly targeting the Member States and their social systems. It should be remembered that the external migration of the workforce is an extremely important phenomenon and in a continuous rise, especially after 1990. The phenomenon is important not only for the individual and the society of origin / the society of adoption, as much as possible. chosen for the European economy. (The author)
