During the study I pursued the research of each political-diplomatic method both from the point of view of international regulation, but also of the practice in the field, without following a certain type of dispute. We tried to capture the advantages, but also the disadvantages of these methods, as well as the factors that influence their development. Another aspect of our research aimed at establishing the scope of participants in these procedures, but also in specialized institutionalized systems of solution, such as those within economic organizations. Although the classic subjects of international law, states and international intergovernmental organizations, are the main actors of these methods, the involvement of other participants, such as: NGOs, international personalities, private companies, cannot be denied.
