Although it is an accounting work, no accounting records will be found, because the use of accounts in managerial accounting does not have a strategic role, it is rather a bureaucratic task. Accessible management accounting data is useless and neither an employer of such a company does not use this data when making a decision. Due to the lack of coherent data, most companies do not establish strategies. The management, which generally consists of a single person, is busy with procurement and delivery, and when you ask them about the future of the company, no one has a clear vision of it.
