Our experience, desideratum and interest in the issue of institutionalized child protection in Romania, determine us to bring in this paper a series of additions, additions to the theoretical and scientific approaches so far in the literature, especially in terms of institutionalized child abused, to present, highlight, reflect, signal certain mechanisms of poor organization and functioning, which could inevitably lead to the onset of serious or serious disorders or imbalances of the social protection system of institutionalized children in Romania – as a subsystem of the social system protection of the child in difficulty – as well as certain explanations, causes, effects, consequences, implications and certain ways of psychosocial and therapeutic-educational intervention for institutionalized children subjected to various forms of abuse.
