The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate that the New Labor Party has succeeded, at least linguistically, in creating its own political discourse known as “The Third Way.” Therefore, the following analysis is primarily a linguistic analysis. The approach taken in analyzing this discourse is called “Critical Discourse Analysis”. The investigation is anchored in a body of texts on New Labor and the Third Way.
