The city of Iasi has a cultural-historical heritage of great value and tourist attractiveness. The volume Heritage buildings in Iasi, authors: Antonio SANDU, Irina MORARIU, Anamaria BOBOC, launched in December 2008, at LUMEN Scientific Publishing House , presents 70 buildings from the 19th and early 20th century in Iasi from the perspective of their cultural significance. The volume presents houses and statues, churches and palaces, streets and boulevards important for the architecture of the city of Iasi, which, according to the authors, is based on a deep sense of eternity, like the entire culture from which it is claimed. The volume appeared with the support of the National Cultural Fund Administration within the Ministry of Culture and Cults.
