As it follows from the formulation of the title of the present work, we focus mainly on an important side of the mentioned assembly, addressing the economic-financial content of those legislative instruments for presenting and motivating the normative acts shown. Obviously, our micro-analyzes take into account only a few such government decisions (GD) and ordinances (simple – GO and emergency – GEO), substantiated and issued in the last three years, but which we hope will be edifying when it comes to the approach. of this special branch of Law – Financial-budgetary law. Starting from all these, as they appear highlighted in the official documents of the Executive of Romania, we try to reveal the manner of foundation regarding some GD/GO/GEO issued during the last three years, having a particular impact in the direction of our observations and published – in a first phase – in the press of economic interest. As (hopefully) it will be noted, this manner fully reflects the economic-financial problem brought to a resolution before the Executive, which then came with some more or less balanced solutions.
