In this volume I have investigated the issues regarding the arbitration decision. We analyzed the legal concepts regarding the institution of the arbitral decision, taking into account the opinions of the lawyers both nationally and internationally, but most importantly, we were anchored, each time, in national and international legislation and jurisprudence in the matter of international commercial arbitration. In order to reach the purpose of this study, we have pursued the following main objectives: (i) presentation of general and introductory notions regarding the arbitral decision and its nature; (ii) analyzing the conditions for issuing an arbitration decision; (iii) a raid on the effects of the arbitration decision; (iv) analyzing the conditions under which the arbitration ruling is canceled; (vi) and, it will be finalized with the treatment of the conditions in which the recognition and execution of the arbitration ruling takes place.
