Description:
The organizational environment is a very broad subject for analysis, all the more so as it integrates both economic, technological, cultural, legal, natural, as well as psychological and social perspectives. In this context, two possible types of approaches are considered by researchers in the psychosocial fields: the “theoretical” approach, broad, based on a rich documentation, characterizing the organizational environment, the working environment and, respectively, the “practical” approach, less extensive, but deeper, having as objectives the identification of the general principles that are at work in this environment and the search for methods and techniques of analysis, which would allow an optimization in the psychosocial space of organizations. Through this paper, I have tried to partially subscribe to the first approach and, moreover, to the second. (The author)
