Description:

The present paper has proposed an interdisciplinary legal, historical and political approach, at the same time, of the way in which the monarchy and the government in Romania have been constituted and worked since 1866, continuing with the process of resettling them started after the Great Union and until 1930. The paper brings to the scientific circuit some new information from the archival funds, to these informative sources adding a rich bibliography consisting of volumes of historical documents of the period under investigation, of memories, collections of laws, constitutional and organic laws, the press. General and special works on the evolution of Romania in the modern period and then in the first part of the interwar period were carefully studied. The historical analysis was supplemented with a series of legal works, thus creating a link between how history gives birth to law and how law shapes history. (The author)
