Description:
This paper is intended to be a reflection of the way in which the legal administrative principles and standards of public service are perceived at the level of the European states. At the same time, the doctoral thesis intends a demonstration of how these principles and standards form a common image, leading to the creation of the European administrative space, especially due to the decisions of the European Court of Justice. The public administration regulations derive from constitutional provisions, with strong roots in the cultural, social and political values specific to democracy. Public service is a major element of public administration, to the extent that the two are often considered synonymous. (The author)
