The volume “Social action and organizational development” appeared from the reunion of the materials presented during the series of seminars with the same title, held in Iasi by the Lumen Association, with funding from the Ministry of Youth and Sports, through the Iasi Youth and Sports Department, to whom we would like to thank once again, and without whose collaboration this program could not have been fulfilled. This volume has been enriched with several unique articles, which were added to those presented in the seminars, which allow a broader treatment of the issue of social action and organizational development. The changes, compared to the materials presented in the seminars, are not structural, and therefore we can consider this volume as a publication of the materials presented in the mentioned program.
