Liberalism was and remains a generous subject of theoretical-doctrinal dispute. In addition, suggesting a policy and a system of development, he was by far the formidable competitor of the other far-reaching system-communism. In retrospect, success belongs entirely to liberalism. Cultivating and based on values and principles with a recognized brand – individualism, private property, competitive market, freedom and contract – liberalism explains the development of the civilized world. In no part of the world did his competing doctrine bear fruit. Only on this basis does he remain the best; not perfect but perfectible, but so far mankind has not invented a more efficient system. The way in which liberalism, through its economic or socio-political component, suggested and inspired development paths was not linear. There were also stumbles on the route. The economy, and not only, is developing cyclically. In the structure of the “stain of color” cycle, the crisis offers it. In such circumstances, liberalism was and still is put to the test; made responsible for all the “poisonous mushrooms” that appear in the form of balloons after a prolonged boom phase. In search of a culprit, people forget that they developed on the right and park on the left … (The author)
