Dear all,
As you already know, The Global Health is in a crisis period these days, and unfortunately we have no specific data on how long it is going to last.
With much regret, we are announcing that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the in-person meeting of the 14th LUMEN RSACVP 2020 International Scientific Conference, on May 22- 23, 2020 may be cancelled, and moved to virtual and poster presentations.
As the pandemic continues to unfold, LUMEN Association and the conference organizing team aim at:
- minimizing the health impacts for participants and wider communities that could be associated with attending the conference;
- adapting the conference planning as needed so we can help disseminate the research and further broaden the academic global network of people working in scientific fields.
Because we don’t want to give up and cancel the event, and we want to face this crisis using our best potential, we continue our registration period, but certain things have been changed:
- at this moment, we no longer accept oral presentation submissions, but only poster and virtual presentations.
- normal registration period will end on April 15th, 2020 – authors will be able to submit abstracts for poster and virtual presentation.
- late registration period will be up until May 5th, 2020 – authors will be able to submit abstracts for virtual presentation only, if the authors will send their video recording of the presentation.
