Description:
This paper contains three projects grouped into three major sections (after the names of those projects), projects that give the paper a whole sociological reflection that can be successfully put in an epistemological perspective. A first methodological observation is related to the generative context of the methods used, so that, if in a first phase we insist on the common theme, namely, the condition of the detainee in Romania, the working hypotheses are different. We resorted to the micro / macro dualistic relationship (micro being here the individual, the subject, the detainee, and macro represents the society as a whole and sometimes the prison institution, depending on the context) which provides information about the two levels that coexist and interact constantly. In fact, the micro / macro dualism extends to the level of the individual, through subjectification. Speak equally to this paper, about stigma and de-stigmatization of differences that exist and try folding data in a social construction of identity pathology of evil intent, determinism.
Topics of interest:
- sociology
- legal sociology
- theories of crime
- detention system
